The quality of a hotel stands and falls by the people who work in it. The owner of the hotel is Mrs Katrin Bänziger from Switzerland. She works closely with manager Lahcen Laandour, who runs the partner hotel Riad du Sud in Tamsahlte and has many years of experience in the tourism industry. As someone who grew up locally he has excellent knowledge of the region. Mrs Bänziger is often at the hotel herself. Mr Laandour organises trips for you throughout the region and further afield.
The management team is supported by reception, catering and kitchen staff. A gardener ensures that the entire complex always looks clean and pleasant.
