Management

 

The quality of a hotel stands and falls by the people who work in it. The owner of the hotel is Mrs Katrin Bänziger from Switzerland. Mrs Bänziger is often at the hotel herself. Together with her moroccan staff she is looking after a service which corresponds with european standards and that the clients feel comfortable all the time in her guesthouse.

The management team is supported by reception, catering and kitchen staff.  A gardener ensures that the entire complex always looks clean and pleasant.

 

 

 

Katrin Bänziger is co-owner of a touristic transport agency at Ouarzazate which is specialized in organizing circular tours with offroad vehicles 4x4 and minibusses all over Morocco.
